Identity verification – disclosure of personal information to credit reporting bodies

By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you consent to Abstract Software:

disclosing your name and date of birth to credit reporting bodies; and
requesting the credit reporting bodies to provide an assessment of whether the personal information so disclosed matches personal information held by the credit reporting body. Such a request will be made for the purpose of verifying your identity.

The credit reporting bodies may use the credit information files relating to you and other people to prepare the assessment, which will be provided to us.

Security of personal information

Overseas disclosures

Terms of Use

When you register with ShadowBet you accept the Terms of Use (ToU) unconditionally. The ToU may be updated from time to time and your ongoing use of ShadowBet signifies your ongoing unconditional acceptance of the ToU so amended.

Your unconditional acceptance of the ToU means that you:
